SnazzyBuys RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from Snazzy Buys.com may be returned within 15 days of the date of receipt by the customer, with the exception of the following:
Undergarments, swimsuits, software, personal hygiene products and/or electronics and/or beauty or perfume products that have been opened, perishable products, and any items marked on our web site as "all sales final", "as is", or "no returns accepted".
This no return policy also applies to goods used or damaged after purchase, customized goods, and goods not returned with their original packaging, paperwork and warranties. Under no circumstance will substitute packaging or substitute product be accepted for credit.
We suggest that all returns be sent with tracking so that the customer will have proof of mailing. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Credit to you account for returned merchandise will be as follows:
Credit cards will be credited minus the cost of the original shipping and a restock fee of $4.00 per item. If PayPal is used, you will receive snazzybuys.com credit for future purchases minus the original shipping cost and a restock fee of $4.00 per item. |
